UX & UI Design
Led UX and UI design for government platforms used across multiple agencies including GovTech, SPF, SCDF, HTX, and LTA. Designed interfaces for real-time video operations, emergency response systems, and transport command centres. Turned complex multi-agency requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces through structured information architecture, iterative prototyping, and close collaboration with stakeholders and engineers.
Digital Strategy, Marketing and Branding
Led nete2’s rebranding effort, shaping a refreshed visual identity that included logo refinement, updated design language and cohesive brand guidelines. Designed the company’s digital namecard and core identity assets to modernise touchpoints and ensure consistency across platforms.

Cloud Video Exchange
A whole-of-government cloud platform that consolidates video systems from multiple agencies into a single unified view. Supports cross-agency video sharing with granular permissions, AI-powered analytics, and real-time multi-site monitoring — all without replacing existing infrastructure. Part of the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS).

A national emergency video streaming system that enables 999 and 995 operators to initiate live video from a caller’s phone during emergencies — no app required. Deployed at the Police Operations Command Centre and SCDF Operations Centre. Launched March 2023 with national media coverage.
